1. Eligibility
To be eligible for our affiliate program, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not engage in offensive, defamatory or illegal conduct. VeriBacklink.com reserves the right to refuse admission to any affiliate applicant at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate identification and URL generation
As an affiliate, you can generate URLs tagged with your unique affiliate ID (affid). This ID is provided to you when you sign up for our affiliate program and can be used to create links to our site. These features can be accessed from this address: https://app.veribacklink.com/promote
3. Traceability and Commission
When a user visits our site via your affiliate link, a cookie valid for 30 days is created. If this user creates an account during this period, this account is assigned to your affiliate ID. You will receive a 30% commission on all payments made by this customer for 2 years after registration, calculated on the amount invoiced to the customer, excluding VAT. Commissions are on hold for a period of 30 days from customer payment. After this validation period, commissions are paid within 30 days of presentation of an invoice by bank transfer or Paypal, subject to a minimum payment threshold of €100 excluding VAT.
4. Promotion rules
VeriBacklink.com may be promoted via social networks, email, or any other means in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. However, as an affiliate, you cannot position yourself on our brand in your marketing and communication efforts. You must also be transparent about your role as an affiliate and represent our brand positively and accurately. Self-affiliation is prohibited, as is any abusive behavior.
5. Billing and payment
You will be paid on the basis of invoices sent by you. Payment of these invoices will be made 30 days after the end of the 30-day waiting period mentioned above, provided that the amount due exceeds €100.
6. Duration and termination
This agreement takes effect upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. VeriBacklink.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, and without compensation, by giving 7 days prior written notice to the other party.
